Earn $2,000 once someone you introduce completes their first placement.
Start nominationWe fill roles across civil construction, accounting & finance, engineering, administration & office support, manufacturing, transport & logistics, human resources & recruitment, mining, resources & energy, health, and hospitality — through introductions from people who already know your business, not cold calls or database blasts. From specialist and site-based roles through to senior leadership, and whether you run a full HR function or none at all, we sit alongside your team as a trusted, results-only channel. Discreet, personal, and built on a relationship, not a database match.
We measure ourselves the way you'd measure any hire — did the right person start, and did it hold up.
You don't get sold to. Someone you already know raises it socially — our recruitment team does everything from there.
A hiring need comes up naturally through someone in your world — family, a friend, or your own accountant or adviser. No agency has cold-called you.
Our internal recruitment team of four dedicated recruiters takes it from there — each bringing their own industry and candidate expertise, scoping the role and drawing on our extensive database of vetted candidates to source and screen the right people fast.
You stay in control of the decision the whole way through — no pressure, and no exclusivity you didn't agree to.
Many Sirens have spent their careers in these industries themselves, or are closest to someone who has. That's where our introductions carry the most weight — and where roles get filled fastest.
Site leadership, project management and delivery roles, sourced through people who've run civil projects themselves.
Finance, audit and commercial roles, introduced through trusted professional and advisory networks.
Technical, design and project engineering talent, introduced by people already working in the trade.
Office management, coordination and support roles, sourced through people who've run back-office teams themselves.
Operations, supply chain and site-based roles, introduced by people who've worked inside the sector.
People and culture roles, introduced through professionals already embedded in HR networks.
Site, technical and commercial roles across resources, sourced from within the industry.
Clinical, allied health and healthcare management roles, introduced through trusted professional networks.
Venue, operations and management hires, introduced by people who've run hospitality businesses themselves.
Our strongest relationships sit in these nine industries, but a Siren's network isn't limited to them — tell us the role and we'll tell you honestly if we can help.
We work with medium to large private businesses — some with a full HR or talent team, many without. Either way, we're not here to take over your hiring; we add a channel it doesn't have. Choose what best describes you:
We'll show you how Sirens work alongside your team, not around it.
We'll show you how Sirens cover that gap end to end.
We started Siren People on a simple belief: the people who know you and your business best are the people least likely to ever steer you wrong.
Sirens are the professionals and industry insiders in our network who make the first introduction. Because that introduction comes from someone the candidate already knows and trusts, it tends to surface people who wouldn't respond to a cold approach — while our recruitment team still runs the formal search and vetting from there.
The other half of the idea is just as personal. For a lot of people, a full-time role isn't realistic — a parent easing back into work, someone between careers, someone who simply doesn't want another 9-to-5. Being a Siren gives them a genuine, flexible income stream built on something they're already good at: knowing people, and being trusted by them. They're not selling anything. They're helping a friend, and building an income around it.
That's the whole model, really. Trust on one side, a fair result on the other — for the client, the candidate, and the Siren who made the introduction.
General Manager Savvas Papadopoulos brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in engineering-driven businesses to Siren People, overseeing the day-to-day operations, client relationships and search quality behind every introduction Sirens make.
No — every Siren discloses their relationship to you and the fact that they earn a commission, before or at the first conversation. Our recruitment team runs the actual search, screening and process; the Siren's role begins and ends with the introduction.
They aren't vetted by the Siren. Once an introduction is made, our internal recruitment team takes over entirely — scoping the role properly, sourcing and screening candidates, running reference checks, and managing the process the same way any professional search firm would.
Most clients in this position use us for the handful of roles that are genuinely hard to fill any other way — confidential replacements, roles in our core industries, or a search that's already stalled. We're a channel your team can call on, not a reason to change how they work.
A normal agency starts from a database or a job ad. We start from a relationship someone already has with your business. The search, screening and process that follows is run by the same kind of internal recruitment team any agency would use — the difference is entirely in how the client relationship begins.
Tell us a little about the hire — a member of our team will follow up personally, usually within one business day.

Siren People Pty Ltd ("Siren People", "we", "us") provides recruitment and talent introduction services to clients, drawing on introductions from our network of "Sirens" — individuals with pre-existing personal or professional relationships to prospective clients or candidates. These terms set out the basis on which we engage with clients.
Our services. Once an introduction is made, our internal recruitment team runs the search, screening, reference checks and placement process in the same way any professional recruitment firm would. Sirens do not screen, vet or negotiate on behalf of clients or candidates.
Siren disclosure. Every Siren-originated introduction is disclosed to the client at or before the first conversation, including the nature of the Siren's relationship to the business and the fact that a commission applies to any resulting placement.
Engagement basis. Engagements with Siren People are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed with a client in writing. We are not a party to the employment relationship between a client and a placed candidate.
Fees. Our placement fee is calculated as a percentage of the placed candidate's guaranteed gross annual remuneration (base salary plus statutory superannuation), invoiced on the candidate's commencement date and payable within 7 days of invoice. The applicable percentage is agreed with each client before a search commences and is not published on this site, as it may vary with the scope of the engagement.
Replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate's employment ends within 60 days of commencement for reasons within our control, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. This guarantee does not apply where the role is made redundant, the client's requirements materially change, or the candidate resigns for reasons unrelated to the role as represented during the search.
Confidentiality. Information shared with us by clients, candidates and Sirens in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of that engagement, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property. Any materials, processes or documentation we provide as part of our services remain the property of Siren People Pty Ltd.
Liability. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement giving rise to the claim. We do not accept liability for a candidate's performance, conduct or actions following placement, or for a client's decision to engage or not engage a particular candidate.
Termination. Either party may end an engagement at any time by written notice. Fees for placements that have already commenced, or introductions already made, prior to termination remain payable.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Contact us. For any question about these terms, contact us at help@sirenpeople.com or 0447 206 130.
Somewhere in your world — a friend, a former colleague, someone from your industry — is quietly looking for their next role, or quietly trying to hire. A Siren is the person who makes that first introduction. We handle the rest, and you're paid when it leads somewhere.
No selling, no quotas, no career change. You already know good people — we handle everything else.
Point us to the right person, and our recruitment team runs the entire search, screening and process end to end.
A genuine leg-up for someone you know, not a cold pitch — so it feels good to make.
Siren People is invitation-only. Every applicant is screened before they're approved.
Tell us specifically who you know, and where — that's the part that matters most.
A member of the Siren People team meets with every applicant. It's a short conversation, not a formality, and no one is approved without it.
Once you're in, you start making introductions — and get paid when they lead to a placement.
